“According to the investigation, on December 24, 2024, the Russian military launched a missile attack on the city of Kryvyi Rih. So far, 1 person has been killed. 13 people were injured, including a 16-year-old girl,” the report says.

The Prosecutor General’s Office emphasizes that the information about the victims and destruction is being clarified. People are likely to remain under the rubble of the building.

“Under the procedural leadership of the Dnipropetrovsk regional prosecutor’s office, a pre-trial investigation has been started in criminal proceedings for the commission of a war crime that caused the death of a person (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine),” the message says.
