Norway will join the “Danish format” of support to Ukraine, which involves direct financing of the production of weapons and equipment in Ukraine. This was reported by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, Rustem Umyerov, on his Facebook page, reports UNN.

During the visit to Oslo, Prime Minister Jonas Har Støre and Defense Minister Björn Arild Gram agreed that Norway would join the “Danish format” of support – direct financing of production in Ukraine. This will make it possible to quickly manufacture and supply the necessary weapons for our Defense Forces

According to him, the meeting discussed a new model of investing in Ukrainian defense technology companies – the “Norwegian model”. The minister noted that the details of the new format will be announced later.
