Murder of military Poltava Shopping Center: One of the suspects was taken into custody

The Piryatinsky District Court of Poltava Region arrested a resident of Lubny Vadim Kuzub, suspected of killing a Sokolchuk serviceman from the Tax Code. He was taken into custody until April 1 without a pledge. About it reports the edition “Play”, reports UNN.

According to the newspaper, on January 31 Vadim Kuzub wanted to help flee from the shopping center a relative of his cohabitant Yevgeny Shcherbak, who was mobilized. When Shcherbak, together with other mobilized ones, was taken to the military unit, he called the cousin and reported their route. When the bus stopped at the gas station, a shot arrived with a gun to pick up Shcherbak. He fired from the military, took his machine gun, and fled with Shcherbak.

In court, the Kuzub pleaded guilty. He said he wanted to scare the military with the shopping center, but he failed, and then he shot. According to him, he hoped that he had only wounded the military, not killed. The cousub’s protection asked to send it under house arrest.

Shcherbak was also suspected of obstructing the legitimate activity of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The court must choose him a precaution after the cousin.
