He also noted that social services are tasked to provide assistance to victims on any issue as much as possible on the ground: applications from citizens are accepted, the need to provide temporary housing is determined, and consultations are provided.
165 applications from victims have already been accepted. Two locations are planned for resettlement of families left homeless: the Center for Social Rehabilitation and the Kindergarten. So far, one family has agreed to move to the kindergarten and 5 people have agreed to move to the Center for Social Rehabilitation.
Kiper added that utility workers are already cleaning up the destruction, yard areas, courtyards, removing debris and helping victims, if necessary, to remove furniture and property from damaged homes.
The commission for surveying the damaged property with photo-fixation is working, priority work has already begun (temporary film covering of damaged roofs and windows). In total, as a result of shelling, four high-rise buildings were damaged, more than 50 private houses were damaged (roofs, broken windows and doors, fences).
