All services are involved in order to restore water supply and provide heat to houses and critical infrastructure facilities within a few hours. Kiper added that 445 points of invincibility are currently deployed.

Kiper also expressed his condolences to the families of those killed as a result of the morning attack of the Russian Federation on Odesa.
“We are still sorting out the debris, the data is being clarified. I will provide the exact information later,” he added.
