As the lawyer of Gniezdilova said, at the meeting on January 23, the Babushkin District Court of Dnipro canceled the preventive measure against the military man. He was released in the courtroom, he returns to the 56th brigade.
In court, Gniezdilov declared that he was ready to return to military service.
