President Volodymyr Zelensky met with the Prime Minister of the Netherlands Dik Sonoe and discussed his steps to strengthen Ukraine.

The Head of State thanked the Dutch and the Dutch people for all assistance provided to Ukraine: from military to humanitarian.
“We thank you very much, especially because this help does not decrease after almost three years of a full -scale war. We are proud to have such strategic partners. And we are also grateful for your participation in strengthening our air shield, which really protects against Russian attacks, ”the President said.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that yesterday Russia hit the Chernobyl nuclear power plant, and today used 70 drones against Ukraine. Therefore, the contribution to the strengthening of Ukrainian air defense is extremely important – it protects life.
“Separately, the President noted the efforts of the Netherlands to ensure a strong position of Ukraine before any potential negotiations in the future. Coordination of further common steps was one of the main topics of the meeting, ”the message reads.
In particular, it was about the formation of a joint plan of action and the development of reliable security guarantees.
“It is important to do this work quickly with all European capitals and in coordination with American partners. Joint actions are in priority, ”the President’s office noted.
The head of state stressed that Ukraine needs constant military assistance to save lives and achieve a prolonged peace. This remains a key priority.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy informed about the situation on the battlefield and defensive needs. Leaders discussed possible safety guarantees in view of the need to strengthen the defense capabilities of the Armed Forces of European countries.
In addition, Volodymyr Zelensky and Dick Soshof paid attention to the needs of Ukrainians who were forced to leave Ukraine through Russian aggression, and start the work of unity hubs.
Earlier, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky named five main points necessary to achieve a stable peace in Ukraine and in Europe as a whole.
As reported by the Armyinform, earlier Volodymyr Zelenskyy warned that, according to intelligence, Moscow is now preparing not for peace talks, but for further escalation, planning to send their troops to Belarus again under the pretext of alleged “exercises”.
