In the Pokrovsky direction, Russian troops mainly use equipment to transport personnel closer to the positions of the Defense Forces. Serhiy Okishev, a representative of the public relations service of the 25th OPDBr, reported this on Army TV.
“The enemy does not stop trying to capture our positions, but the paratroopers stand firmly on their lines and repel any attempts of assaults. Our gunners and UAV operators attack all this on the sly, so now the enemy uses a minimum of equipment, because he knows that it will not reach,” Serhii Okishev said.
The spokesman added that the Russians make isolated attempts to land their infantry directly on the positions, but each time it ends fatally for them.
“For the most part, they disembark the infantry earlier and they are already moving on foot in small groups,” he explained.
As reported by ArmyInform, high enemy activity is currently maintained in the Pokrovsky direction. Clashes of varying intensity started 14 times today. Currently, the battle is ongoing in the Selidovoy region. 13 attacks were repelled near Myrolyubivka, Promeny, Hryhorivka, and Lysivka.
