In a separate presidential brigade, the Armed Forces continues the constant process of improving the skills of fighters. Instructors, such as Alexander Pazik, convey their combat experience for both beginners and veterans who have already visited the front line. The history of the soldier was published on the page of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
“The biggest award to me as an instructor is a word of gratitude from the fighters who return from the front line,” the sergeant “Pazik” shares.
The presidential brigade introduces a comprehensive training system, which includes tactical, fire, military, topographic, psychological training and knowledge of international law. The training is held at their own educational ground of the brigade.
“BZVP is a base, it is the basis around which we, the instructors, can already mold the sculpture of the fighter. Each unit works on its scenario, so each of them has its own specific training. Our task is to adapt the fighters to the specific tasks of the unit in which they will serve, ” – explains the” groove “of the peculiarities of their work.
All the instructors of the group have combat experience, some of them have been trainings abroad.
“We are constantly improving the teaching methodology, exchanging experience with other units and implementing new approaches. Training is a continuous process, and every fighter should be ready for changes in tactics and fighting, ”the sergeant proudly tells.
Particular attention is paid to the psychological coordination of units. Alexander emphasizes that the psychological training of the fighter is the most important factor: “Our first task is to show the brothers that they got to where their value is understood that they are important to us, for the unit. We teach them mutual support in any situation. ”
“For those who have not yet joined the Armed Forces of Ukraine, I want to say: take conscious steps, move forward and develop. In our brigade, everyone will receive the necessary knowledge, support and training. Join! Together to victory! ” – calls “Pazik”.
According to the Armyinform, the operator of the radar station Oleg on the pseudo “Casper” stood in defense of his country at the first opportunity, so he does not understand those who still justify himself that “not created for war”.
