The chief sergeant of the 36th platoon of the marine infantry brigade named after Rear Admiral Mykhailo Bilinsky with the call sign “Solomon” told about this on the ArmyTV stream.
“When Russian attack aircraft go, they are always accompanied by equipment. It can be armored: APC, BRDM plus a tank for cover.
But they also use a lot of light vehicles such as ATVs and motorcycles to quickly reach our positions and land infantry.
They can go further, or they can simply leave the equipment, they don’t count on it,” said Solomon.
According to him, our marines are trying to respond to the attack aircraft as soon as possible.
“When we spot this column, our artillery and FPV drones start working on it. When they approach, then the Mavics with resets are turned on, which fly no more than 4 kilometers.
We work, then conduct preliminary reconnaissance and strike the survivors, if there are any,” said Solomon.
As reported by ArmiyaInform, the fighters of the 36th brigade of marines named after Rear Admiral Mykhailo Bilinsky, together with the fighters of the 73rd battalion of the Territorial Defense Forces, repelled the assault of the outnumbered Russian elite units in the Kursk region.
