225 applications have already been received through the MOU Partner portal, which was launched in the summer of 2024 to digitize interaction with suppliers of the rear assets of the Armed Forces.

This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

Among them were requests for military research tests, clarifications and applications for receipt of certificates of compliance of rear property with regulatory and technical documentation of the Ministry of Defense.

Based on the results of the review of applications for compliance certificates, the Ministry of Defense issued 68 positive decisions. Currently, 22 applications are still pending.

“The first results of the digital portal “MOU Partner” indicate the interest of manufacturers and suppliers in cooperation with the Ministry of Defense and the willingness of counterparties to meet modern requirements,” said Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Dmytro Klimenkov.

In total, during the period from August 2 to November 18, 4,200 users viewed or used the MOU Partner platform.

The main goal of the digital portal is to expand the range of suppliers of quality rear property for the needs of the Armed Forces, to establish effective communication between the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine and manufacturers (suppliers), as well as to ensure maximum transparency in the procurement process.

The Ministry of Defense will continue to improve the platform to ensure even greater efficiency of cooperation with business.

As ArmiyaInform reported, the Ministry of Defense has launched a personal account for suppliers of the Armed Forces on the digital portal “MOU Partner”.

Thanks to this, counterparties are able to monitor the status of their applications in real time. In the event of a change in status, the applicant will be notified by e-mail.

In addition, the office will allow you to save the entire history of applications. The digital portal also has a chat for direct communication with site administrators.
