Lithuania transferred a new batch of military aid to Ukraine

Lithuania continues to provide military aid to Ukraine and this week delivered power generators for the Ukrainian army, spare parts for M113 armored personnel carriers, as well as various types of weapons and their parts.

This is stated in the notification of the Ministry of Defense of Lithuania.

In response to Ukraine’s requests this year, Lithuania has already handed Ukraine 155 mm caliber ammunition, M113 armored personnel carriers, anti-drone systems.

Ukraine also received winter equipment and sets of warm clothing, ammunition for the “Karl Gustav” anti-tank grenade launcher, RISE-1 remote detonation systems, generators, loaders, trailers, folding cabins and other auxiliary equipment.

Since the beginning of the war, Lithuania has provided military aid to Ukraine in the amount of more than 705 million euros.

Lithuania’s overall support to Ukraine is long-term and has exceeded 1 billion euros.

As reported by ArmiyaInform, Ukraine has reached specific agreements with Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Lithuania on direct investment in Ukrainian defense production.
