On September 19, around 5:50 a.m., the armed forces of the Russian Federation carried out massive airstrikes on the city of Kupyansk. One person died, seven more were injured. This was reported in the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
As a result of shelling, at least 15 residential buildings were damaged. Six civilians received injuries of varying degrees of severity: three women and three men.
Also, on September 18, Russian troops fired artillery at the village of Glushkivka in the Kuril community of the Kupyan district.
The premises of the farm were damaged. A 54-year-old employee died. Another farm worker — a 48-year-old man — was injured.
Prosecutors and police investigators have started pre-trial investigations into violations of the laws and customs of war.
Earlier, ArmiyaInform reported that one person was killed and seven others were injured in the Kupyan Oblast as a result of shelling by the army of the Russian Federation.
