Latvia handed over cars to the defenders of Ukraine along with critical cargo

Photo: Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine The people of Latvia have donated more than 40 four-wheel drive vehicles along with critical cargo, including drones, computer equipment, generators and charging stations, to 14 combat brigades defending Ukraine from Russian aggression.

This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on January 20.

“Latvians continue to support Ukraine and promise to provide assistance as long as this war continues, emphasizing their unbreakable solidarity and readiness to help Ukrainians in this difficult time. Sincere gratitude to the people of Latvia for their tireless support and true friendship!” – said the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

As ArmiyaInform reported, during a meeting with a delegation of the Latvian Diet headed by speaker Daiga Mierina, the Minister of Defense of Ukraine discussed the production of UAVs with the proceeds from the frozen assets of the Russian Federation.
