The Russian occupiers hit a densely populated residential neighborhood in Kostyantynivka in Donetsk region with two aerial bombs. As a result of the enemy attack, six people were injured, residential buildings, infrastructure facilities, and an educational institution were destroyed and damaged.

Serhiy Gorbunov, head of the Kostyantyniv city military administration of the Kramatorsk district, told ArmiyaInform about this.

— On November 21, around 5:00 p.m., the enemy insidiously attacked the densely populated area of the city of Kostyantynivka with two aerial bombs, where there is a dense construction of high-rise buildings. As a result, at least 11 high-rise buildings were damaged, he said.

In addition to residential buildings, a gas pipeline, a boiler house, and power lines were damaged. The most painful consequence of enemy shelling is the victims, in particular the seriously wounded local residents.

“As of now, six civilians are known to have been wounded, one person is in serious condition,” said the head of the city’s military administration.

As reported by the Donetsk regional prosecutor’s office, the enemy bombarded Kostyantynivka with FAB-250 aerial bombs with the UMPK module.

Elderly people aged 60 to 85, who were in their homes at the time of the shelling, were injured as a result of the enemy attack.

Four women and two men were diagnosed with mine-explosive and craniocerebral injuries, shrapnel injuries, and cuts on the body. One of the injured women is in serious condition.

Also, the impact of enemy air munitions caused significant destruction to the building of the educational institution, a fire broke out there. Emergency personnel of the State Emergency Service extinguished the fire at night.

In the educational institution, the roof was torn off by explosions, the walls were moved, and the classrooms were completely destroyed. Educational equipment was destroyed and seriously damaged.

The fragments of the childhood destroyed by the Russian occupiers are scattered by the explosion in the yard, where children once crowded during celebrations, breaks between classes and on walks.

Since the morning, the workers of utility companies and energy services have been putting things in order at the site of the impact.

– Now we provide people with help so that they can sew up broken windows, doors in houses, in all institutions where possible. We work, restore, clean – so that you can walk, drive. We remove garbage, provide assistance to people, help with materials, issue repair kits, – said Serhiy Gorbunov.

There are noticeably more people in brightly colored reflective vests than passers-by and residents of high-rise buildings who are trying to find out where to get help.

– Previously, they were taken directly to the place, but after repeated shelling, when my employees were injured, now there are separate delivery points. People know everything, they have been informed, – explains Serhiy Gorbunov.

Such security measures are fully justified, because earlier in many settlements near the line of combat, the Russian occupiers repeatedly resorted to insidious tactics of repeated strikes.

The military armies of the Russian Federation beat the rescuers of the emergency services, medics, energy workers and utility workers when they arrived at the place of the previous shelling to provide aid to the victims and eliminate the consequences of the shelling.

At the site of the previous shelling, which took place on November 20, utility workers are also working, dismantling debris and removing construction debris. Here, as a result of the Russian strike, six people were injured, and 10 multi-story buildings were damaged.

Local residents are trying to reach dilapidated homes, where it is fashionable to do so safely, hoping to save the remains of destroyed property.

Several dogs flatter anyone who pays attention to them. Once they lived together with people in these houses, now destroyed, and now together with their owners they became homeless as a result of another Russian shelling.
