On the night of November 27, 2024, the enemy attacked Ukraine with 89 attack UAVs of the Shahed type and unmanned aerial vehicles of an unknown type from the directions — Orel, Bryansk, Kursk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk — Russian Federation.

This was reported by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Aviation, anti-aircraft missile units, electronic warfare equipment and mobile fire groups of the Air Force and Defense Forces of Ukraine were involved in repelling the attack.

As of 09:00, air defense shot down 36 enemy drones in the Kyiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Poltava, Zhytomyr, Khmelnytskyi and Mykolaiv regions.

In addition, 48 UAVs were lost in location, presumably due to active anti-aircraft defense of the Defense Forces, 5 drones left the controlled airspace in the direction of Belarus, Russia and temporarily occupied territories.

Private and multi-apartment houses and property of citizens in the Kyiv region were damaged due to the fall of debris from enemy UAVs. Previously, there were no victims or victims.
