“On the basis of operational information, in order to ensure security, the regional operational headquarters decided on the mandatory evacuation of settlements in the Rila and Khomutiv districts located in a 15-kilometer zone adjacent to the border with Ukraine. The coordination of the process of the departure of local residents is entrusted to law enforcement agencies, local administration and soldiers of the Kursk “Patriot” center, Smirnov said.
