Germany handed over a new package of military aid to Ukraine. It included Leopard tanks, Gepard artillery installations and drones. This is stated on the website of the government of the Federal Republic of Germany, reports UNN.
Details
The new military package included:
- 22 Leopard 1 tanks with spare parts for them;
- 22 MRAP armored cars;
- 5 Bandvagn tracked multi-purpose machines;
- all-terrain tracked transporter Warthog;
- three Gepard anti-aircraft self-propelled artillery installations;
- two TRML-4D airspace surveillance radars;
- reconnaissance drones VECTOR (30), RQ-35 Heidrun (20), Songbird (12) and Hornet XR (six);
- 61,000 155-mm artillery ammunition and one million small arms rounds.
Also, as noted, 12 PzH 2000 self-propelled howitzers are being prepared for shipment.
