“The situation in the (Volyn) region regarding the massive attack: rockets were directed at critical infrastructure. Fortunately, there were no casualties. Private commercial buildings were damaged. This will also affect the power outage in Volyn. Currently, approximately 215,000 subscribers are temporarily without power. All important the infrastructure, which was left without electricity, was transferred to generators,” wrote Rudnytskyi.

According to him, the headquarters of the TPP and the National Emergency Service have been assembled to eliminate the consequences of the enemy attack.

“We are putting into operation additional unbreakable points, where there will be light, internet and heat,” he said.

“The extinguishing of the fire has already been completed. All relevant services are working to restore heat, water and electricity supply as soon as possible,” the head of the OVA said.
