In Ukraine, they want to ban the seizure of the property of PivdenMasha during martial law. The Council took the first step. The Verkhovna Rada adopted a draft law prohibiting the seizure of property of the “Southern Machine-Building Plant” during the period of martial law. The document also provides for the lifting of arrests already imposed on the company.”, — write on: unn.ua

The Verkhovna Rada adopted as a basis the draft law prohibiting the seizure of the property of the “O.M. Makarov Southern Machine-Building Plant” in Dnipro for the period of martial law. He writes about it UNN with reference to People’s Deputy Yaroslav Zhelezniak and the card of draft law No. 12271.

“No. 12271 – regarding state support and economic recovery of the rocket and space industry under martial law (moratorium on the bankruptcy of PivdenMash). Based on (241),” Zheleznyak said.

According to the draft law, for the period of martial law in Ukraine, execution of executive actions and measures of enforcement of decisions (including the seizure of property and funds), whose debtor is the O.M. Makarov Southern Machine-Building Plant, is suspended.

Also, during the period of martial law, the arrests imposed on PivdenMash are subject to lifting.
