“32-year-old Ruslan Shishigin died in the war in Ukraine on August 20, but his obituary appeared on social networks only now. Shishigin was posthumously presented by the command to the Order of Courage,” the message states.
The occupier “became famous” for what he did in August of last year, when he and a friend attacked an 18-year-old girl with blue hair in Kamensk-Uralsk (Sverdlovsk region). They were outraged by the girl’s hair, as well as the fact that she “looks like a Jew.” The victim’s mother then said that Shishigin and his friend were shouting, saying that they had just returned from the war.
It is noted that in October 2023, the court sent Shishigin behind bars for three years, but he signed a contract with the Ministry of Defense in the spring of 2024.

Refugees from the village of Olhivka, Kursk region, appealed to Russian dictator Vladimir Putin to “end this damned war.” Residents of the village complain that because of the war, they were left without a home, and during the evacuation, they do not have enough payments from the authorities to rent housing.
