“The CPD records the activation of a disinformation campaign on the TikTok network, aimed at disrupting mobilization and discrediting the military and political leadership of Ukraine,” the message states.
As noted in the CSDP of the NSDC, “in particular, the music videos of Yuriy Lisovsky, one of the Ukrainian rap artists who went abroad in 2024, are spreading.” “These videos are used in social networks to create a negative image of TCC employees and military personnel involved in mobilization. Also, part of the content of this artist can be interpreted as an attempt to normalize the process of evading mobilization,” the Center noted.
“The creation and distribution of such destructive materials can play into Russian propaganda and fit into the Russian strategy to undermine the defense capabilities of Ukraine, in which the enemy has invested large resources from the very beginning of the full-scale invasion. By discrediting the mobilization, the Russian Federation is trying to inflame hatred and create tension among Ukrainians and weaken the defense capabilities of our country “, – stressed the Central Committee of the NSDC.
Earlier, the Center reported on the Ukhilyant campaign, which is also aimed at disrupting mobilization.
