On February 4, Russian troops struck a rocket strike on the central part of the city of Izium. According to preliminary data, a ballistic missile was used to hit the administrative building.
The SESU reported that there were up to 34 people, including 3 children in Izium, the number of victims as a result of a Russian rocket stroke increased and indicated that the data were clarified.
“The number of victims as a result of the shelling of the city of Izium has increased to 38. A girl was 15 years old. 7 people were hospitalized,” Oleg Synigubov, the chairman of Kharkiv OVA, said in Telegram.
“Unfortunately, 5 people were killed,” the SES said.
