According to him, before the occupation of the city, Vasyl Nechet was in charge of the “Naftokhimik” cultural center. After the occupation, he went over to the side of the enemy, took an active part in the formation of the occupying power. He joined the ranks of “United Russia” and was appointed chairman of the occupation council.
