“We have intensified evacuation from this direction. If we take the entire region, then 344 settlements are subject to evacuation measures. There are currently 133 people in the Kupyansk direction, the left bank, which is closest to the enemy,” Sinegubov said.

He added that there are more than 1,000 people on the right bank.

He said that an “ambulance” car was recently hit and the workers were injured. The units of the State Emergency Service and others are also under attack.

He also said that there are 44,000 households in the region that belong to vulnerable categories, and they are distributed according to the directions according to which assistance they can receive. In particular, 13 thousand households have already received 21 thousand hryvnias each, which will be used for the purchase of firewood for the heating season.

In addition, according to Synegubov, distribution of cylinders with liquefied gas as part of an experimental project has begun, and 200 households have already received such assistance, and thousands more are on the way.

Provision of vulnerable categories of the population also continues. These families are located either in the front-line territories, or in places without centralized heat supply, or in a difficult financial situation.
