According to her, curators of the special services of the Russian Federation find active people who comment on certain events and start correspondence with them. She says that tasks don’t always start with setting cars on fire – easy tasks at first.
“In 90% of cases, perpetrators of arson do it because of a financial reward. They offer $700-$3,000 for the crime, but usually the perpetrators do not receive any money,” she added.
