The Verkhovna Rada registered the Bill No. 12457 on the postponement of the period of passing the VLK from February 5 to June 5, 2025. Persons with disabilities will not need to pass the commission.
According to the bill, it is envisaged that citizens of Ukraine aged 25 to 60 years who have been recognized as limited to military service are obliged to undergo a re -medical examination by June 5, 2025 in order to determine their suitability for military service.
The bill stipulates that citizens will need to contact the Criminal Code on their own to obtain a summary at the VLK, or get it through the “Reserve+” application.
