The building located at 67 Ostromyrska Street was restored.
In the spring of 2022, the building suffered extensive damage. The roof, floor, load-bearing walls, partitions and roof were destroyed in the building. In addition, utility networks were completely disabled and all 16 apartments became uninhabitable. The restoration work was financed by the Fund for the Elimination of the Consequences of Armed Aggression. Reconstruction started in December 2023. Currently, the building is put into operation
According to Kravchenko, the following works were carried out in the building:
– dismantled and installed a new metal frame with fire-resistant metal constructions;
– new walls were built from the gas block;
– installed new floor coverings;
– installed new windows, doors and balconies;
– engineering networks were completely restored;
– a new roof with insulation was installed;
– thermal insulation and decoration of the facade were carried out;
– equipped common areas;
– restored all 16 apartments (room decoration, flooring, electrical equipment, plumbing in the apartments);
– improvement of the surrounding area was carried out.
Kravchenko also said that within the FLN program, the Kyiv regional administration ensures the quality implementation of 48 objects. It is about residential buildings, schools, kindergartens, construction of new shelters.
