Zelenskyi reacted in a general way to corruption in the energy industry: There must be sentences

In his evening address, President Zelenskyi said that he supports the NABU and SAP investigation into corruption in the energy sector, which also includes his associate, but did not name any names.

What preceded:

• On the morning of November 10, NABU detectives searched Timur Mindych, a businessman and co-owner of the Kvartal 95 studio, an associate of President Volodymyr Zelenskyi, Ukrainian Pravda sources reported.
• Mindich left the territory of Ukraine on November 10 – this happened a few hours before the NABU search, Ukrainian Pravda sources reported.
• NABU confirmed that, together with SAP, they are conducting a large-scale operation to expose corruption in the energy sector.
• The participants of the investigation built a large-scale corruption scheme of influence on strategic enterprises of the public sector, in particular JSC NAEK Energoatom.
• The National Anti-Corruption Bureau and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office released part of the audio recordings from the investigation of a large-scale corruption scheme in the energy sector. The operation is codenamed “Midas”.
• “Energoatom” JSC confirmed that on November 10, the company’s office was being investigated by representatives of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office.
