Zelensky’s direct speech: “Today, a fair version is possible: we stand where we stand, it is a contact line in any region of our country. So far, yes, before diplomacy, this is the moment of ceasefire, or the moment of only a cessation of fire, and then the moment of the end of the war.”

Details: According to Zelenskyi, in this way the Russians “will stand” on the temporarily occupied part of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, which Ukraine will return diplomatically.
“And we will stand and live in the part of Donbas controlled by the Ukrainian authorities. These are fundamental things in any format, because we did not approach this issue. It is important for us that the Ukrainian authorities control the part of Donbas that we control today,” the president said.
