The head of state said this while answering journalists’ questions, reports RBC-Ukraine.
According to the head of state, the currently prepared 20-point document is approximately 90% ready. Only two key points remain unsettled.
“Two questions remain. These are the Zaporizhia NPP, how it will function. And the issue of territories. These are two questions that remained precisely in the 20-point document,” Zelenskyy explained.
He noted that precisely because of the lack of agreements on these points, full finalization of the document is not yet possible. At the same time, the president emphasized that the issue of security guarantees has already been fully agreed upon.
“As for security guarantees, everything is 100% ready. We are just discussing some details regarding the validity period of the guarantees,” Zelenskyy added.
Meeting between Trump and Zelensky

He also announced the creation of a special working group on peaceful settlement with the participation of high-ranking US officials, which will interact with the Russian side.
