The laws on the state budget for 2025 and on changes to the Tax Code will be signed by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi in the coming days and will enter into force on December 1. This was announced by Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal. “The government has already appealed to the President of Ukraine to sign these laws as soon as possible. They are one of the key demands of our creditors. They are important for filling all expenditure items for the defense of our state this year and next,” Shmyhal said. The Prime Minister noted that after the signing of these laws, the government will receive additional resources for the purchase of weapons and ammunition, as well as the payment of salaries of the Security and Defense Forces.
