Direct speech: “We are carefully monitoring and recording all attempts by the Russians to break our relations with partners, we see which lobbyists Moscow is attracting, through whom it is trying to act, which internal operations in Ukraine and Europe it is trying to launch. Our counteraction will be felt – both in the line of special services, and in the line of our intelligence, and political cooperation with partners and, in particular, sanctions.

It is important that the movement in the US Congress in the direction of tougher sanctions against Russia, against Russian oil, has been renewed. It can really work.”
Details: Zelenskyi noted that on Saturday the head of the OP Kyrylo Budanov reported on part of the meetings within the framework of the diplomatic track. The President is waiting for the full report of the entire negotiating team.
“And in fact every day we continue communication with the American side. Today, Rustem Umyerov was again in contact with American partners. This is our strategic task – the dialogue with America must be one hundred percent constructive. Ukraine has never been and will not be an obstacle for diplomacy, and our efficiency in working with partners is always of the highest level. It will continue to be so,” he said.
Zelensky provided details of the conversation with Budanov regarding the sanctions policy. According to the president, last year new cooperation was established with many partners to synchronize sanctions, but the pace should become “much faster.”
“Russian production of missiles and drones cannot exist without the supply of components from other countries, and this applies not just to some Russian products, but to all Russian weapons. These are weapons that are built on components that Russia itself does not produce. And therefore, blocking supplies and expanding sanctions is one of our key priorities. This should also be a priority for partners, our institutions should work more actively for this,” he emphasized.
