Details: The document stipulates that during the martial law, with the written consent of the commander of the military unit, the contract may be accepted by citizens aged 60 years of age, which are recognized as suitable for the military-medical commission.

Such servicemen will be able to occupy non -governmental positions: as part of ordinary, sergeants or elders, as well as among younger or senior officers.
A contract for persons aged 60+ is concluded for one year with the possibility of further extension. For officers of this age, the nomination of the General Staff of the Armed Forces is obligatory.
Contracters in this category will take a two -month probationary period. If the military does not confirm compliance, the contract is canceled.
In the event of termination or abolition of martial law, all such contracts automatically shall be valid.
