We have now agreed with the Americans that we will have security guarantees that will be supported by the US Congress, which is very important, and the Ukrainian parliament. The security guarantees will be voted on bilaterally,” Zelenskyi said.
He also added that bilateral agreements with European partners will also be confirmed in European parliaments.
“And the twenty-point plan, we believe, should be confirmed in a referendum. Everyone understands that this is the strongest historical signature of the power of this document. And we would really like to do it. Of course, not everyone is positive about it because of everything I told you. Because it definitely leads to the open expression of the will of not one person, not 450 people. And we are talking about millions of people,” Zelensky concluded.
