“In order not to lose their experience, we need strong financial support for these people, to encourage them to stay in the army. This is necessary, for this we need a source. Europe can definitely find it. This is one of the fundamental steps to ensure that people with experience remain. Then they transfer the relevant knowledge, technologies, training, etc.,” Zelensky clarified.
