On September 20, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting of the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, which discussed key issues of the country’s agenda.

Details: According to Zelenskyi, the first thing that was considered was the protection of the energy industry this winter. Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal, Minister of Energy Herman Galushchenko reported at the meeting. The parties reviewed the state of the engineering protection of the objects, the schedule for the completion of fortifications, the deployment of EW and air defense systems, in particular, taking into account the Patriot systems that Ukraine expects in the near future.
The second issue is the actual production of missiles, drones and electronic warfare equipment. There were speeches by Deputy Prime Minister Mykhailo Fedorov, Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov, and Minister of Foreign Affairs Andrii Sybiga.
The president says that it was about decisions “that will enable Ukrainian industry to realize its potential to the maximum”: long-term contracts from the state and attraction of foreign investments.
