The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, dismissed Andriy Yermak from the position of head of the President’s Office.

This is stated in Decree No. 868/2025, published on November 28.

Earlier, Zelensky announced that Andriy Yermak had written a resignation letter.

This resignation took place against the background of the search of Andriy Yermak. In the morning of November 28, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau confirmed the investigation of the head of the President’s Office.

Yermak commented on the searches, saying that “the investigators have no obstacles”, “they were given full access to the apartment.”

About the case in which the searches are taking place and the status of the head of the President’s Office have not yet been officially informed. Interfax-Ukraine and RBC-Ukraine, citing sources, write that Yermak is not a suspect.

Earlier, People’s Deputy Yaroslav Zheleznyak from “Holos” stated that the head of the Office of the President, Andriy Yermak, is listed as “Ali Baba” in the NABU records (“Mindych’s tapes”) in the “Midas” case. The presence of a figure with such a code name in the records was confirmed by the head of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office Oleksandr Klymenko. According to him, “Ali-Baba” is on tape handing out tasks to pursue NABU detectives, and he may also be behind the attempt to eliminate the independence of the NBU and SAP in July 2025, which was prevented by “cardboard protests.”

Former representative of the president in the Verkhovna Rada and the Constitutional Court, people’s deputy Fedir Venislavskyi (Servant of the People faction) said that the head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak should resign, but “the last word is with the president.”

On November 22, Zelenskyy appointed Yermak as the head of the Ukrainian delegation to participate in negotiations with the United States and other international partners of Ukraine, as well as with representatives of Russia regarding the achievement of peace.
