The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, signed a decree on the dismissal of the deputy secretaries of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.
It follows from presidential decrees No. 831/2025 and No. 832/2025.
Serhiy Demedyuk, who was dismissed from the post of deputy secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, and Andriy Kononenko from the post of deputy secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine were excluded from the NSDC.
On November 3, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi signed a decree approving the new structure of the National Security and Defense Council apparatus. According to Umerov, the new structure is focused on key areas of national security: war and victory, development of the defense-industrial complex, cyber security and information policy, economic and energy security, external and internal security.
