Zelensky established a new holiday in Ukraine

“To establish the Day of the State Bureau of Investigation in Ukraine, to be celebrated every year on November 12,” the decree says.

In the evening address, the president noted that November 12, 2024 is the ninth anniversary of the adoption of the law on the DBR. He thanked all the employees of the structure for “taking care of state interests” and “providing opportunities for justice in Ukraine” with their own work.

“I awarded awards to the guys from the State Bureau of Investigation. Unfortunately, two are posthumous. The boys performed tasks in the front-line zone,” Zelenskyy added.
