President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed decrees on the appointment of ambassadors of Ukraine in a number of countries.
According to the relevant decrees of Zelensky, Andrei Kostin was appointed Ambassador of Ukraine to the Netherlands. Also intended:
- Alexei Gavrish – Ambassador of Ukraine to Norway.
- Alexander Nechitayla is an ambassador of Ukraine to China.
- Yuri Klimenko – Ambassador of Ukraine to Argentina and in combination with an ambassador to Paraguay.
- Andriy Melnik – a permanent representative of Ukraine in the UN.
We will remind, before the vote of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence at the meeting on the morning of Tuesday, October 29, supported the submission of President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky on the resignation of Andriy Kostin from the position of Prosecutor General of Ukraine. This happened after a scandal around mass abuse by prosecutors with disability. The President emphasized that the Attorney General should be responsible for this situation.
