Zelensky congratulated Ukrainians on embroidery and family Day

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy congratulated the Ukrainians on embroidery and family Day. The head of state reported this in a telegram. “Today is very important: our roots, family. The head of state reported this in a telegram.

“Today is very important: our roots, family. The meanings that are united by one date this year. In every pattern of Ukrainian embroidery – the power of kind, traditions, history. The power of many people that we all are. The connection that is transmitted between generations and which we must protect and appreciate, ”Zelensky said.

He also stressed that “we will be preserved and passed on to the Ukrainian, our native, to the next generations.”

“Happy embroidery and family Day, Ukraine!”, – the President added.

Earlier, we wrote that traditionally on the third Thursday of May in Ukraine celebrate World Embroidery Day. The action originates at the initiative of the student youth of the Faculty of History, Political Science and International Relations of Yuriy Fedkovich Chernivtsi University. Also May 15 celebrates International Family Day.

Last year, Denmark’s Foreign Minister Lars Lokke Rasmussen congratulated the Ukrainians on embroidery on Embroidery.
