President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky reported this during a briefing, Ukrinform reports.
“A couple of days ago, the US side suggested that another step return. This is a memorandum of intentions. And in our intentions are positive. The head of state also stressed that technical meetings with the United States took place in various formats: both online and offline.
