At the same time, he noted that the world has not yet heard the response of Russia, whether it is ready to stop the fire.
“Unfortunately, the world has not heard a meaningful response from the Russian Federation to the proposals that have been heard. And this again confirms that it is Russia who seeks to continue the war and try to delay the onset of peace as much as possible. We hope that the pressure of the United States is enough to force Russia before the end of the war, ”Zelensky summed up.
Meanwhile, the assistant of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin Yuri Ushakov stated that Moscow does not want a temporary truce with Ukraine. The aggressor country seems to be interested in long-term settlement.
