Yuna Podrez made her way to the biggest final in her career at the tournament in France

18-year-old Ukrainian tennis player Veronika Podrez (WTA 427) reached the final of the ITF W75 tournament in Poitiers (France), which is held on hard indoor surfaces.

In the semifinals, the Ukrainian won in three sets against the representative of the USA Clervy Ngugu (WTA 178) in 2 hours and 27 minutes.

In the second and third sets, Podrez lost to her opponent with a break. Veronica and Clervy held their first face-to-face confrontation.

In the decisive match of the 75-thousandth, Veronika will fight against the third-seeded Francisca Jorge (Portugal).

Podrez made it to the 10th final in her career and to the fourth in 2025. The final in Poitiers will be the biggest in her career for the Ukrainian.
