Interim world champion Fabio Wordley remembered how his sparring sessions with Oleksandr Usyk went.
“His level was incredibly high, even then. At that stage of my career, it seemed like a real miracle – like magic in motion. We held sparring sessions, and then he still performed additional exercises, trained, worked on details.
I just sat there and watched, trying to figure out how he does it,” Wordley shared.
In the evening, on October 25, a big evening of boxing was held at the “O2 Arena” in London. The main event was a fight in the heavyweight division – former world champion Joseph Parker and British boxer Fabio Wordley met in the ring. Wardley won by technical knockout in the 11th round.
