Without Kostyuk: all the quarter finalist of the prestigious Beijing Tournament

On October 1, the last four quarter finalists of the WTA 1000 series tournament in Beijing were determined. They were Linda Noskova (27, Czech Republic), Sonay Kartal (81, UK), Emma Navarro (17, USA) and Jessica Pegula (7, USA).

Noskov and Kartal were overcome in the 1/8 finals of two Russians, respectively, Anastasia Potapov (59) and Mirri Andreev (5) and in the quarter -finals will play with each other. Previously, Linda and Sonai met once, the stronger was a nose.

Pegula beat Marta Kostyuk (28) in three sets with a score of 6: 3, 7: 6 (4), 6: 1. The American will hold a quarterfinal match with the compatriot Navarro, which she won both times in previous meetings.
