He explains: at various convocations of the Verkhovna Rada, there were always “directors” of deputy groups, “purses” and “commanders” who ensured the order of voting. But their coordination requires an experienced politician who knows how to “play this game”.
“In general, I believe that it (parliament – ed.) will be the most “motley”. And it will be difficult enough to reach a coalition there that would take power into its own hands. There will be big agreements – and the speaker will have to “play” masterfully. to be a high-level master in order to “roll” in manual mode and ensure effective voting. This is not about Zaluzhnyi,” Vitaly Kulyk summarized.
