On March 18, the Association of Professional Tennis players filed a number of lawsuits against ATP, WtaITF and ITIA.
- conspiracy to limit the prize;
- The “unacceptable” rating system, which, among other things, dictates in which tournaments the player can participate;
- imposing a “unstable” rating system;
- disrespect for the health and well -being of players;
- Financial exploitation and violation of the right to privacy, as evidenced by random tests for doping and confiscation of players for their inspection.
The PTPA has already answered the PTR and WTA, rejecting all the accusations. Organizations will also defend their position that PTPA, organized by Novak Dzhokovich and your hasty, will not achieve anything.
