This applies to all disability groups (1, 2, 3), regardless of the diagnosis or duration of the disease. However, there are exceptions when mobilization with disabilities is possible.
The conditions under which a person with disabilities can be mobilized:
Lack of official delay: After establishing a disability, a man must contact the CCC for official design of the delay. Failure to do so, the person remains on the military account and can be called. Even if you have a disability, the arrival of the Labor Code is not a violation of the law. In this case, you should appear to the military enlistment office and present documents confirming disability in order to avoid a fine.
Disability: If the disability has not been confirmed during a re -examination.
Voluntary contract: A person with a disability can be mobilized on a voluntary basis if he signed a contract with the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Traveling abroad for persons with disabilities
All men with disabilities have the right to travel abroad. To do this, when crossing the border, it is necessary to present a corresponding certificate to the border guards.
